Shipping Shenanigans (and How We’re Taming Them!)
Hey there, fellow Beastie-lovers! Our shipping calculator is currently having a bit of a tantrum, so while we coax it back into line, here’s the scoop on how your goodies will find their way home.
Domestic Den Deliveries
For all orders staying cozy in their domestic dens, a flat fee of $5.00 will be applied. But here’s the roaring good news: if your domestic order totals $35.00 or more, shipping is absolutely FREE! All our domestic parcels embark on their journey via US Postal Service Ground Advantage.
Fancy a Faster Flight (Domestic Upgrades)
Want your treasures to zoom to you via UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express? No problem! Just place your order using the standard USPS Ground Advantage option. Then, send a little bark (an email!) to gingerbeasties@gmail.com requesting your preferred shipping method. We’ll sniff out the additional cost for the upgrade and get back to you. Once you give us the nod, we’ll send a separate invoice for the shipping difference via PayPal or Stripe.
Beasties Beyond Borders (International Orders)
Our website’s magic mirror can’t quite calculate international shipping rates directly just yet. If you’re a beastie from abroad wanting to place an order, please email us at gingerbeasties@gmail.com. To help us fetch you an accurate quote, include either a screenshot of your cart or a detailed list of the items you’re dreaming of (and please, don’t forget to specify size, fabric, and color for each item!). Once we get your email, we’ll pounce on it and get back to you with shipping costs and available options. After you’ve picked your preferred path, we’ll send you an invoice through either PayPal or Stripe for easy-peasy payment.
Please keep in mind that regardless of the shipping method you choose, not all of my items are made in advance – I may need time to make your order.
How soon will I get my order?
Currently orders are shipping within 5 (five) business days. If you have a special event and need it quickly, please give me a call at 314-456-4396 or send me an email at GingerBeasties@gmail.com – I will do all I can to make it happen.
Do keep in mind that the US Postal Service is still experiencing delays so be sure to add a safety buffer for possible delays.
What shipping service do you use?
We use the US Postal Service for my shipments in most cases. The USPS is generally the most cost-effective way to send my items. I make it a habit to track each shipment and will send you the tracking number when I ship them.
How do I check on the status of my order?
I’m excited to offer this new feature! If you login to place your order (rather than ordering as a guest), you can track the status of your order by Logging In to your Account. If you don’t know your password, you can request a new password here – then you can change it to whatever you’d like after you login.
