I think there was a 10 business day turn time for shipping, which would have put the shipping date before 11/30. I placed my order on 11/15. I did not receive my items until 12/9. I reached out to the shop and did receive a very thoughtful reply with ideas for why our elf was showing up mask-less on the first day. The shop clearly received an abundance of orders. Place your orders earlier in the year!
